Year-round operation. In winter and summer, we prefer weekly stays (arrival Saturday from 14 - departure Saturday to 11).

In heating degree days - from 15.9. to 15.5. +300Kč/day

Check in: from14 – handing over keys, apartment tour, familiarization with land, signing to guest book

Check out: to 10 o´clock

Keys: you will get 1 key from main entrance, 1 key from the back door and 1 key from garage. 

Garden with seating: seat cushions and covers are in the tent. Please return them for the night there.

Fireplace: toasting forks are under the table, firewood is in the back garden.

Tent with undercoat: free to use even for sleep. There are 2 yogamats and seat cushions and covers for use in the garden and around the fire. Please return them after the use.

Childrens´playground: for kids to 12 years. We are not responsible for injuires, use at your own risk.

Trampoline: capacity to 180kg/ 397 lbs, not suitable for kids under 3 years. Use at your own risk.

Massage:  next door - Jana Horsák 731 773 837 (classic + hot stones + reflexologie + cupping - 1hour 500Kč)

Housekeeping: if you need change towels, refill soap or you noticed any malfunction please let as know.

Payment and  Cancellation Conditions

• A deposit of 50% or by appointment, the surcharge upon arrival
• Cancellation booking more than 31 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fees, we return the entire amount of backup paid
• Cancellation of booking less than 30 days before the date of onset - cancellation fee is 50% of the stay (paid backup it already irreversible)

Rent an apartment and land (garden with seating, fireplace with seating, children's cottage with sandpit, slide and swing, trampoline, tent with undercoat), garage for bicycle and snowboard ... storage.

• Insurance of stays - stay is only on your own responsibility. For injuries, damage and destruction of property (responsibility for health and property damage to a third party), for damages caused by natural elements and for damage to these events, we do not respond.
